LAST ONE STANDING?

Ok, let me start by saying that I am at a loss here.
Old cars are not within my expertise – especially old limousines. Old limousines spell old money to me, and I still couldn't find even "young money."
Old cars? It’s Fobzy’s turf and I am posting this for him.
This thing here according to a friend is a 1967 Chrysler Imperial LeBaron Stageway Limousine. He said it is not yet old enough to be a collector’s item. But what do I know?
Only thing I'm sure of, this one has four (4) wheels and doesn't run on pure, unadulterated pedal power.
Only six (6) of these old limos were said to have gone into production and all the other five are no longer existing or serviceable.
I saw this one just sitting in a large parking area.
Gathering dust.
I thought it looked different, so I checked it.
There are a few more earlier pictures of that very same Limo right here: Really Long Link Check out the plates.
Present owner swears it still runs (please don't try drifting with it).
I'll say it needs a bit of caring - maybe from someone who has deeper pockets.
